JASPER, Ind. (WFIE) – Greater Jasper Consolidated Colleges have been working with foods shortages, which continues to make filling faculty lunches challenging.
Foodstuff Solutions Director Katie Sherman says the troubles initial started about late March, when shipments of food stuff begun finding delayed or wouldn’t arrive.
“There were times the place we weren’t selected that we were being heading to have meals at all to provide,” she said.
